Job Description

This internship is a full-time, 12-week program (40 hours per week) running from May through August. Interns will gain hands-on professional experience by contributing to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the business. The program will conclude with a presentation to the senior leadership team, highlighting both the project outcomes and the overall internship experience. What You’ll Do: The Human Resources intern will support the Talent Development team and receive practical, hands-on learning experiences in human resources with a goal of applying their classroom education to actual LCS projects. Assist with planning content for conferences by attending planning calls and participating in discussions to determine content Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments Participate in professional development and networking opportunities Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship Gain a broad understanding of our industry and operations through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities What We’re Looking For: Currently enrolled in a college or university program Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program Hands-on experience in a professional environment Mentorship and exposure to senior leadership Opportunities for networking and career development Meaningful project work that makes an impact Competitive hourly rate: $22.50/hour Our Commitment LCS creates living experiences that enhance the lives of seniors.
