Assist Human Resources department members with data entry and department projects Upload paper documents into electronic files in various HR systems Perform administrative and clerical duties supporting the Human Resources team Research and test system functionality Document new processes and procedures Assist with recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employee relations activities Help coordinate and participate in the summer internship program across First Mutual Holding Co. and First Federal Lakewood Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar discipline is required Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required Paylocity experience is preferred Ability to perform physical duties including lifting, walking, standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing, pushing/pulling, using hands, and seeing, hearing, and speaking Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds Typical work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:15 PM Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in administrative support and data management within Human Resources, with a focus on MS Office applications and HR systems.
