• Remote (Must live within 1 hour of Rome, Calhoun or Chatsworth, Georgia areas for onsite visits to the facilities)

Required

• Education:
• • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered.
• Work Experience:
• • 1+ recruiting/human resources experience is Required.
  • Healthcare experience Preferred
• Licenses and Certifications:
• • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is Preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is Preferred
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• • Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's is Required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is Required
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools is Required
  • Strong communication

Responsibilities:

• Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
• Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
• Assesses candidates using behavioural interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ensures behavioural assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet competencies.
• Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
• Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Other duties as assigned.
